A small product foundry in Weesp. Four products of our own, each one taken from the first sketch to the thing somebody uses every day.
Three things, and we do not hand any of them off.
We work out what the thing is before anyone writes code. Research, drawings, interface. Then we keep drawing while it is being built.
Engineering that goes all the way down. Colour, file formats, machine protocols, payments. Whatever the product has to speak on the other side.
A launch is not the end of it. We host what we build, watch it, fix it and keep shipping. A product nobody maintains is a demo.

Two live, one in trials, one nearly.
They look unrelated until you notice what they have in common. Each one ends somewhere a screen cannot reach.
A design editor that finishes the job in CMYK. What leaves it is the file the printer wanted, separations and cut contour included.
A website platform that also runs the business behind the site. Bookings, tickets, orders, and an API an assistant can drive.
Cutting lists that come out the other end as machine files. The angle drawn on screen is the angle the saw cuts.
A remote workforce for physical work. A person in the loop at a real address, learning from a real work floor instead of a lab.
How a product
gets made here.
Four rules. They are why the portfolio is small and why none of it is a wrapper around somebody else’s API.
We begin at the end. What has to come out, in what format, and who has to accept it without phoning anybody. The screen is designed backwards from that.
Interfaces get drawn, argued about and thrown away on paper first. Paper is the cheapest place in the world to be wrong.
Real production files, real machines, real printers. Nothing counts as supported here until something physical comes out correct.
We run what we build. That is why the products keep getting better in the places customers actually notice.
